Q: What are in your wraps?
A: We begin with a whole grain tortilla, then you choose between one of our in house made, non dairy spreads. Presently we offer three spreads. They are a pesto, avocado spread, a lemon, red pepper spread, and an apple cider, tahini (which can be used as a spread or a dressing). We then toss the organic greens, organic quinoa and pearled barley grain mixture (this is our complete protein alternative). Next comes a combination of health promoting organic red cabbage, broccoli, sweet potato, carrot, and the newest addition, some chopped kale. We then throw in some raw seeds and nuts, with some tamari almonds. These wraps are not only nutrient dense, but very filling and satisfying. You do not have to be a vegetarian to absolutely enjoy one of these delicious wraps. Last, but not least we mix all these disease fighting ingredients with your dressing of choice. We offer a large variety of dressings, such as Annie’s goddess, shitaki mushroom, sesame ginger, apple cider tahini, raspberry, Italian, balsalmic, to name most of them. There are a few combinations that we can offer to help you make your choice, or have fun building your own.
