Our journey began in September of 2000. I was seven months pregnant with my third child when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It was a fast growing cancer that was being fed by the extra estrogen that was in my body due to me being pregnant. This began a crusade that I’m on now.

It was at this time that the Lord gave me His burden of necessity. I became a student on what are some of the causes of disease, and the vital part that food can and does play in recovering and more importantly preventing disease. I have also learned that one answer to cancer is never giving it a chance to start. That's where prevention comes in, and at An Apple A Day Depot, prevention is standard procedure.

I know what His purpose is for me due to the fact so many people are dying prematurely due to a lack of knowledge. People do perish due to a lack of knowledge and it angers me when young lives are cut short, when their deaths could have been prevented.

An Apple A Day Depot was birthed out of my experience and burden. We at An Apple A Day Depot are dedicated to providing nutrient dense, health promoting, disease fighting salads, wraps, deserts, soups, and juices. Our goal is to nurture you.
